📦 Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our partner warehouses across India using trusted courier partners.
⏱ How long does delivery take?
It usually takes 4–9 business days. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
📮 How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking link via WhatsApp or email after shipment.
🚫 What if I get a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We'll verify and resolve it.
🔄 Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, we start processing.
💵 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! COD is available for most products with an extra ₹49 fee.
🏢 Do you have a store?
We’re an online-only brand. Our Mumbai office is only for support.
